Non-COUNTER platforms processing in CELUS
Manual upload of non-COUNTER data works differently from the standard manual upload of COUNTER reports. Since non-COUNTER data does not follow a standardized format, we first need to review the report, evaluate whether we can process it, and determine how to integrate it into CELUS.

✅ Important Requirements:
- The report must be in Excel format (.xlsx or .csv).
- If the report is in PDF format, we can still process it, but we will need to create an Excel template for you to manually transfer the data.
- The report has to contain monthly data (not just aggregated totals, not yearly data, not quarterly data, ...).
- In your email, please explain the metrics used in the report (e.g., what each column represents). However, do not modify the original file obtained from the publisher/vendor.
Providing reports in this format ensures that we can assess compatibility and work towards integrating the data into CELUS efficiently.
